The United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is conducting an audit of Henbbo's assets.
2 days ago, on November 6, the U.S. government financial agency, the SEC (The United States Securities and Exchange Commission), initiated an audit of the Henbbo fund. At the request of the regulator, the assets of our company have been frozen until the audit is completed.
As explained in the official letter from SEC representatives, this is related to our significant expansion into the American market, as well as the launch of our HNBT token and intentions to list it on major global cryptocurrency exchanges.
Currently, the HNBT token is being classified as a security. This is a common practice for large crypto assets, and Henbbo's legal team is actively participating in the process.
To protect our investors from any negative aspects of the ongoing SEC audit, the Henbbo team is presenting our updated investment platform, upgraded to version 2.0.
During this period, our company's reserve funds will be directed towards restoring our investors' deposits. We are also moving all your old deposits to temporary staking with a duration of 35 working days at a rate of 0.1% per day, and deposits from the After plans will have a similar duration with a 330% return. Funds remaining in user balances will also be frozen for 35 working days.
During these 35 days, we plan to complete the financial audit under the supervision of SEC representatives. Upon completion of the audit, all customer deposits will be unfrozen and available for withdrawal.
